The crucial thing to achieve the way Paul McCartney played
this is this dropped tuning...

DROPPED TUNING: D-G-C-F-A-D
De-tune all strings a whole tone down below standard tuning.
Using a chromatic tuner makes this a bit easier

NOTE: The song is played in G on guitar, but, with the full
tone dropped tuning, the song will sound in the key of F.
(For keyboard and bass players etc, set the transpose
function to +2 to view the chords in the key of F.)

N.C. = No chords   ^ = Emphasise the beats

Emphasise the bass note of each chord, particularly the
progressions in Verses 3 and 5. In the live video though he
plays the C with a bottom G but doesn't appear to emphasise
that particular note, personally I would still emphasise the
C on the 5th string.
